I mean straight from the freezer – but this is a personal choice! x

Do you mean straight from freezer or do you freeze then defrost before icing?
Love all your recipes BTW !!

I’m not really meant to use a piping bag because my mum says you loose loads of icing, is this true?

I’ve never been confident at piping. I tend to use half the amount of buttercream and spread on with a pallet knife.

Hiya! It’s worth looking at all of my cake recipes which have buttercream on as that is what I use! x

I’m just starting with the piping and it would be very helpful thanks x

I love your recipes and I have your book. However any chance of a darker print in your blog. I find it difficult to see especially when the sun is shining
