By chance has anyone here in the U.S. asked if you’ve converted the recipe ingredients into U.S. measurements (tsp, Tblsp, cup, etc.)? Baking needs to be so precise, I’d hate to attempt to do the conversions based on an on-line calculator, only for the whole recipe to be a flop. Would love a copy if you have. Thank you.

Which colouring did you use? A lot aren’t good enough quality as mentioned on my red velvet recipes. And some chocolate brands can thicken quite a lot if mixed with other ingredients.

Chocolate was not runny enough to coat quickly. Perhaps the brand of chocolate wasn’t the best choice. Also the centres were not red more like chocolate cake! Please tell me where I went wrong as I would like to try again. Thankyou

Hiya! How long/temperature is down to many factors – what chocolate, even what microwave! I always recommend melting in short bursts on a lower temperature, stirring in-between until completely smooth! Hope this helps! x

Hiya! You would need to substitute with another acid – another white vinegar, or you could try fresh lemon juice. Hope this helps! x
