Wow! I’ve dreamt of snickerdoodles ever since trying one on a trip to New York. Cinnamon is one of my favourite flavours. I’ve just made these, they are amazing and have taken me right back to sitting on the Highline with our goodies from Whole foods. Thanks for a fab recipe. X x

We’ve become obsessed with these in our house. I make double batches now with one batch including white chocolate chips and slightly bigger, so yum!

When freezing is it best to do the costing when removed from freezer & before baking or is it okay to coat/freeze/bake? Thank you.

What can I use instead of cream of tartar? Or can I leave it out?

Do we chill the dough at all? And what if I want to make them bigger? I like the look of a big cookie, but it’s not really super important if you think the size should be kept as-is.
